Platform and Use of Services
- You agrees to read and abide Medic-Pro Corp’ Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions.
- You must not impersonate any person or falsely represent any other person.
- You must not use this platform for any illegal purpose.
Prices of Products
- We aim to provide the best and most accurate pricing information, however errors may still occur and price may not be displayed correctly in website. In line with this, Medic-Pro Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect price details upon communicating with the buyer(s).
- All items are subject to taxes, unless stated. All prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on special promotions, supplier’s price and/or currency fluctuation.
Payment and Order Cancellation
- Full payment is required for on-hand items while 50% down payment is required for pre-order items. 50% full payment is required upon the arrival of pre-order item(s) in our warehouse.
- We have noticed that there are customers who frequently checkout orders but doesn’t pay within the allowed 48 hours period. Medic-Pro Corp tried to communicate by calling and sending text messages but sadly, we got no response most of the time. In line with this, we would like to inform you, once your order got cancelled up to three (3) times with no proper feedback why you were not able to pay for your order(s), our system will block your account in Medic-Pro Corp permanently. This is to avoid losing other customers who waits and are willing to purchase the reserved items.
